S.O.S. Grossesse offers neutral, anonymous information and support services for anyone concerned about pregnancy (planned or unplanned), contraception, the absence of pregnancy, and perinatal bereavement. Here are the services we offer:
Support and listening
Ligne d’écoute téléphonique – 365 jours, 9h à 21h
The S.O.S. Grossesse helpline is available 365 days a year, from 9am to 9pm. You can reach us at (418) 682-6222 or 1 877 662-9666 (toll-free).

You can also meet with one of our counsellors for counselling on pregnancy-related ambivalence, perinatal bereavement or any other situation related to our mission. To book an appointment, please call us at (418) 682-6222.
Sexual health support
Test de grossesse – Rencontre avec une intervenante sociale
If you suspect you’re pregnant and would like a free pregnancy test, S.O.S. Grossesse can provide you with one. You can be accompanied to the test at the organization’s offices in Quebec City. To make an appointment, call us at 418-682-6222.

Accompagnement à l’interruption de grossesse – Pour les régions de la Capitale-Nationale et de Chaudière-Appalaches
We offer respectful and inclusive support to people undergoing pregnancy termination. We provide a reassuring presence, clear information and logistical support, whatever the reason or stage of the interruption.
Our service adapts to the realities of each individual, whatever their situation or identity. Before, during and after the interruption, we offer a welcoming, humane and non-judgmental place to listen.

We understand that travelling to our premises can be difficult in certain situations. Located on the 2nd floor, our offices are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. In these cases, we can come to you at the location of your choice to offer you our services.
